Canada's whacky weather.

Someone's screwing with Calgary's climate control. Three days ago it was scorching hot.

Two days ago we got a two foot dump of snow overnight.
Yesterday it was okay'ish (about 18 degrees) and we were all wearing T-shirts and out making snowmen on our front lawns. We where having a competition with the neighbours and my entry was an 8' Bunny rabbit, while my eldest daughter made baby bunnies around it. Scary. But I digress.

Today it was about 26 degrees. Sitting out in the back lawn surrounded by snow and sucking back beers. :)

Yes, I know you're wondering why the snow hasn't melted, but take it from, snow is a great insulator, it takes a lot to melt 2 foot of the stuff.

Anyway, it's almost all gone now, and my bunny is only about 5' tall, and has lost all recognisable bunnylike features.

Don't get me wrong. I'm enjoying it. it just seems strange building snowmen whilst sweltering under the heat (oh yeah, and I did get sunburned whilst doing it). :)

Ottawa's is nuts to. The weather guys tell us its because several weather systems collide over ottawa, making the weather hard to predict.

2 weeks ago, one day it went up to 32.5 degrees celcius, setting a new record. 2 days later, it snowed. :D :D

we got at least 15records in the last months the weather is gay
