Using Visual Basic is there any way to create code that will automatically run an Installation pacakage. For example, will auotmatically click on Next, etc....
In other words a way to take an .exe of an installation pacakage and be able to manipulate the install process..
Some of the install programs are like the windows one & accept command line parameters. To see if your one does, goto a DOS prompt & type :
C:\Path\TheSetupFile.exe /?
Also, you can take a look at the vb send keys and SendMessage APi call to click buttons or select boxes etc.
