In the properties box, click on the little lighting bolt and select the event that you want.

ha ha, ya that might help. Not with my post thoguh, i didnt quite articulate what exactly it was that i wanted. Thanks though for your example. Its just that i finally figured out how to do it your way about 5 min before you posted :)
