can some one make me a script that will added Text to a .dat file on a server i need it to check to see if it alrdy their then add it to the next clear line in this formatt wiht the "::" between the text

Example:
Name::Last::YYYYMMDD::AGE

why to a file ? why not just load it into a databse ?

because thats the way the script is setup to read from a file for the data and i need to be able to add info with out loging in threw ftp

Im useing someone elses script but that dosent matter i just need some one to hook me up with a script that can write to a file on my server

sounds like you need to visit the site that is in your sig :D they should help you....

but if you can wait or somebody does it before hand I have a neat little script for you.
