I was thinking that the quote I have is getting a little long in the tooth . . . What do you think?
Actually I've always quite liked your signature...
Cheers fella!
So who chose option 3 -- own up, feel free to join in the discussion. Actually starting it would be good . . . . !
Sorry pal I'm guilty.Quote:

I have sigs switched off 'cos so many of them annoy me.
So really I was only being truthful.:(
I know what you mean though. It's a shame as some sig's are actually quite alright . . . . . but some aren't, remember 'Rig in the Sig'? Cocks . . . . !
I did like the Dr.Seuss rig in the sig signature :
"Boasting about my system specs makes me feel better about my small *****". lol a classic :)
I've always hated people who try to convert you to their way of thinking, mentioning no names.
But don't they realise that subliminal messaging has to be ... well .. subliminal. Not ****ing great pictures and messa....
Keep it Matt. The myriad of Pratchett fans on the board will be eternally grateful ;)
BTW. I'm thinking about changing mine too.
I have a few to choose from though. . . !

It looked like the sort of book described in library catalogues as "slightly foxed", although it would be more honest to admit that it looked as though it had been badgered, wolved and possibly beared as well.
Perhaps something from the hitch-hiker's guide ?
How about . . . .

I think if you keep it, you should correct it. There are loads of potential quotes you could use, though, so don't tie yourself down.
ID, whaddya mean correct it? If you mean the lower case 'i' then I agree . . . .
OK I've found one . . . . unfortunately(?) it's not Pratchett or Adams, first one to guess who wins . . . . .
..... Nothing

I don't like the replacement though. If I were a quoting person, I'd go for this:Quote:
Only in our dreams are we free. The rest of the time we need wages.
To pretend that we are really well read, we should refer to authors by only their last names. Itg sounds a lot more snobby. :)
So, from Adams I always liked
And from Pratchett (I can't remember the exact quote but it was something like)Quote:
The Vogon ships hung in the air, exactly the way bricks don't.
SDQuote:
"Luck? My middle name is luck!". He didn't tell them that his first name was Bad.
leave it how it is...
