why do you need the registry entry all of that information can be accessed and changed in the modem properties in control panel
Because I want to use VB to make a shell to change the settings, but as it was registry related, I thought I'd ask the question here too.
That noise is the sound of the modem trying to connect. It's what you hear if you pick up the line. It's not a wav file that you can change. You can't make your modem sound like Homer Simpson when it's connecting...Quote:
