ADO help

can anyone help me with examples codes like getting all the names from a table and display them on a listbox when clicking on any of the names of the listbox the details will be displayed in the textboxes.

loop through each field in the table into the listbox.
when the user select one item in listbox, do this

Here is a quick sample. It is connecting to the Northwinds Database. You should have it you your VB directory. You may need to change the connection string if it is installed in a different place than where I have it.
