need help in this project

Scenario:

Your Bos has asked you to create an exam system to test the knowledge of job applicants before they are hired.The system you build will allow him to create new exams and store name and description for each. Each exam will have a variable number of questions but each question will be of multiple choice or true/false variety.The multiple-chioce questions can have one or more correct responses.Your part of the project will involve creating the user interface and ADO classes that will communicate with the database.(All ADO variables must be Private) he also told you that once this system is operational that he will transfer the database to MS SQL server 7.0 and this should be done into account by creating your classes as DLL.
