download a file

Is there anyone who knows how to download a file (ascii or binary) from the Internet using the Internet Transfer Control? I want to download a file and also show the downloadprogress using a progressbar or something like that... Please help me!

Yes, I would like to be able to do this. Any information anybody can give will be a great help.
