Some Namespace Not exist???????

I don't know why my vb.net missing some namespace
eg (system.WinForm etc)

Why??????????????

Can Anyone answer my question pls.......

It should be System.Windows.Forms

Is that System.Windows.Forms namespace is for beta2
and system.WinForm namespace is for beta1?

Can i open the project that create by the beta1 in beta2 version?
