keeping values in a form

Hi!

I've got a form I'm working on and so far, I've been able to keep the values after submission in regular text boxes and the like.

BUT my radio buttons and list boxes won't keep their values! Anybody have any tips or tricks that you use to keep the values in radio buttons and list boxes?

what is your form code. and why do you want to keep the values in the form after the user submits it?
