Amount of ram being used

Does anyone know a program that tells you the exact amount of ram that is being used (updated constantly)?

Win XP then press CRTL-ALT-DEL

On 9x, Start->Run and type sysmon.

Then add a graph for Available Physical Memory.

Win2k: ctrl+alt+del, task manager

and windows 98?
