Time.

I have a feeling this is so simple but can't figure it out. I'm trying to make a program that shows a screen between 1 and 2 and from 2 till 3 it will show another screen. But what i need is if it is turned on in the middle of 2 and 3 it will change to the set screen. At the moment i have it changing so when the time = 13:00:00 it changes but sometimes it dosnt do it. Any tips?

I'm not sure I could have explained that much worse but hey :(

Basically its a laptop showing pictures saying closed etc from 2 till 3 and open from 3 till 4 etc

try >= 13:00:00
