Does anybody know this control?

I want to know what this control is called?
I didn't find something like that (on the picture) as an OCX.

I don't mean the account management - I mean the partitioning.

Any suggestions how to implement that in a project?

Its a listview isn't it?

It is a ListView control and can be found as a component in the Windows Common Controls, along with TreeView, StatusBar, ProgressBar, etc.
