I have uploaded a new version of the software for the board. This software has also been released publicly, so if you want to find out more, please visit this site:
http://www.vbulletin.com/
As ever, if you find any buggies, or have any suggestions, please post them here.
Thanks,
John

New Forum Look
I LOVE the new features, they're cool! But the new colors... from boring to depressing.
-
Now code colors are very hard to distinguish.
Just my $0.02
-
I don't like the color either. Would like to have an option in the profiles for that

Let me choose color
WOW :D
great look on the new bulletin.
But I have trouble reading some of the replies, with this new color you have put in.
I'm one of the 7,5% male's in the world that are colorblind, YES I can see the difference between red, green, blue and stuff, but its the "shades" inbetween all the colors that can be kinda' tricky to see.
Though I like the color settings in this version I have some trouble reading the code's that are submittet in some Q's since the colors are to close.
Please, can you give me a choice for my own color settings in the next version. I would really appriciate that.
Keep up the good work
Anders

You could download my colorblindness32.dll and put this code in your eyes:
Code:
Declare Function Colorcorrect Lib "colorblindness32.dll" Alias "ColorcorrectA" (ByVal Red As byte, Blue as byte, Green as byte) As Long
-
color
I think that this fourm is good but we should have the colors switched back to the original ones as well.
-
I put a vote to reset the color back to the original too...

Is it compatible with DOS 1.0, becasue I have not yet upgraded my system ;)

I tried that API, but it gave a red screen of death. Hang on a sec - isn't it meant to be blue? ;)
I've changed the colours back because you all hated them soooo much.

John, I thought you should be grateful that i corrected the color of this site with my colorblindness api. Just kidding. :) But also, I don't like the white-grey version either but it's better than the purple. Could you make some user uptions?

It's amazing to see how fast admins of this forum take over users suggestions!
I wish FreeServers had 1/100 of that speed!
