Arrange ActiveX Controls

I need to know how I can arrage an array of an Object in one Form. I have an ActiveX Control Array in one form and i need to Arrange all of the Control. The number of the items in the array never is the same. I'm search something like the Explorel's Arrange in Run Time, when you have multiple objects and all are arrange when the form change an if you add a new object or delete one.

If somebody have any idea let me know.
