Errrm...No!
Unless you know a lot about using DirectX and other such cool graphics procedures (which I don't) you'll find it hard to make any objects move on the screen without them going very flickery...try using a timer to move an image across the a form...
If you find any let me know, but I think most programmers give up with doing complex graphic stuff in vb and move onto something like c++.
