Can anyone suggest a good site for Visual C++ Q&A? I am a VB/SQL developer - and I visit this site about 3 times a day - but am trying to learn VC++ 6.0.

Also, can anyone suggest a good book on integrating VC++ IDE with the code/objects (I know how to get the code - classes, objects etc - written, but how do I wrap a GUI around it)?? I also need advice on how to get database connectivity into a VC++ app.

All help appreciated.
