Sending ICQ Messages and Getting Notifications

Hi.
I managed to use the ICQ API to send URLs and Messages, yet there are few problem that perhaps you can help me with.

1. When sending a message/url/file the user still needs to verify the send by clicking 'Send'. I need a way to bypass this verification. SENDKEYS Ctrl+Enter didn't help.
2. I need DETAILED information about Notifications and how to use them. A commented sample file will be great.

I'm sorry I don't knopw the answer to your questions but I have one for you. I just fowloaded the ICQAPI but I can't seem to register it in VB... I get : "Can't add a reference to the specified file"

How did you register it?
