I did a search for VB +Source Code
@ Altavista :)
I was doing a search for Visual Basic forums using DogPile, becuse i had a question i needed an answer to. Which i might add i never got an answer to.
I have looked at quite few other forums, but none compare to this one.
I was typing in a few different addresses which I thought may be VB sites and hit upon this site.
I must say that it is definately the best and most helpful site I've come across by quite a margin. :)
Iain, I was looking for a control which renders HTML but without all the Webrowsing functionallity.
Still looking.....
Try reposting your original question (in a new thread though - a pet hate of mine is people tacking new questions on the end of other threads! ) you might have better luck now!

I think I was sent here when I got an answer in Help-talk.net another bunch of forums. Never use that anymore as this is far far better, and more (and better) answers are given.
Matt
I was searhing for 'Graphics + "Visual Basic"' in Altavista.
I was searching for VB-related sites for an answer to some Q's when I found this exelent site.
I don't go anywhere else anymore ;)
Word of mouth..the other lads on my computers course said about it...but I must agree with an earlier comment this site is definately the best VB message board!!
Keep up the Good Work!!
A friend at school told me about this site.
I too found this site when looking for ActiveX controls. I was originally looking for a RichTextBox-like control that would have the capabilities of Ms Word.
I think I was looking for VBScript info, as I was just getting into VBScript and ASP. I got kinda stuck here, though, cos it's such a useful site :) I spend a heck of a lot of time on this site, and I haven't posted a question since about January :D
I was searching for vb coding examples and ran across Carl & Gary's VB Homepage. From there I found a link to VB-World and VB Square. I still search other sites (just in case ;) ), but I always end up back here. This place is the best.
I got to cuisin site VB-Square searching for "code" on Altavista.
There, a link on "Q&A" brang me here, and I haven't moved since. I agree this is the best VB site in the World!
I got the site from a prof at my school. I used to go to Dev-X as well, but I find the message boards there a lot less "friendly". This site is, without a doubt, one of the best programming communities on the web, except for a few individuals (who shall remain nameless).
