Drag And Drop?

Hi,

In a few various vb programs, I have seen them use a feature to be able to kind of drag an image out of a picture box or image box and drop it somewhere on the screen to get details about something or other. I was wondering if some could explain to me how I could do this?

thanx for helping but thats not really what I wanted, I will use an example of a vb program that has what I was attempting to explain. There is a program called FakeSurf 4 Ny Progenic Security. Now this program just makes it so your program isn't idle so you can keep making money with alladvantage etc. Now this program has an arrow which you can drag out of the picture box or image box (not usre what they used), and you drag this picture of an arrow out of the picture box or whatever and drop it on your explorers address bar, so that it can change the urls as well. I just want to know if someone can tell me how to drag a picture out of a image or picture box and off the form because I think that it might be useful to know in later projects.
