just do this

Open App.Path & "\regions.txt" for output as #1
Print #1, lngRgn <--- Your region you created
Close #1

To load it just do this

Open App.Path & "\regions.txt" for input as #1
Input #1, lngRgn2 <--- Store the loaded region
Close #1
