I have an ascii file (that is in Ascii Code...ex it has '65' in the file instead of 'A') and i want to read it in to vb...display the info on a form, let the user edit it and then right the info back to the file in ascii form. Is there any tutorial our guide out there that can help me with this?? I'm assuming i need to use the CHR function...but how do i read in each character? some sort of loop? Take it easy on me, i'm a newbie.
