I tried them but inly the second works I think :(

It's just a small bug. When You put a link in the board with out "http://" the ubb program assumes that "http://forums.vb-world.net" is the root directory of the internet ;) so ubb thinks the first link leads to "http://forums.vb-world.net/www.geocities.com/siliconvalley/vista/6774"

THE FIX:

Just copy/paste the links he put on there to the URL (or Address) field of you browser. Or edit the field after you have clicked the link. Or use these :) :
