My guess is You are trying to find a Linear Equation of the Format:
Y = mX + b.
I would think m = 201.
Now, all you need to do is find b when Y = 5.5, and X = ?.
Now, by the second term, you mean X = 2?
Or, as some sequences go, the first term could mean X = 0, thus making the Second X = 1.
So, If you know if X is = 2, or X = 1, then you can finish solving for b.

oh dear...
you want the nth term right ???
The nth term of a series in A.P
Tn = a + (n-1)*d
a = First Term
d = Common Difference
Now T2 = 5.5 , d = 201
There fore a = 5.5-201 = -195.5
So .. Tn = -195.5 + (n-1)*201
Tn = -195.5 + 201n - 201
Tn = (201*n)-396.5
