hi i am new to C++ programming.....how do u make a "Package and Development Wizard" thing in MS VC++ 6.0? thanx

There is no P&DW for Visual C++.

If you have version 6 then you can download Visual Studio Installer from MS's website.

doe it come with ms Vstudio.or is it only downloadable through the site?

I think you need to download it. It's free though (if you have your serial number ;););))
