i believe i speak for a LOT of people when i say control yourself from food is the EASIEST part of fasting.. when your young and have a lot of temptation around you.. thats what makes it hard
food is for the body.
what to do with the mind?

i dont do school so i dont worry, i just sit at work with the office at perfect humidity and that suits me.
im fasting and im running 3-4 miles a day for track without any problem
