in calculus(still grade 12) today, we learned about Newton's Method, and the teacher mentioned that it was used to find the position of the cursor on the screen. I get the equation and all that, but let's say i wanna write my own GetCursorPos function, how would i work with the screen, since we used Newton's Methods with graphs to find the roots and the intersection point.
Could anyone help me out? it sounded so exciting this morning..
