Merge Images

Hi!

I would like very much if someone could tell me how to merge two pictures.

Like this. I have a background image and a image on top and I want to merge them.

I had not downloaded your example, that's why I provided the link.
I saw that example now and it looks pretty cool;) Almost the same as the one on www.vbthunder.com, but YOU WORKED on it so GOOD WORK!:)
