where can i find those icons?

can you tell me where can i find those icons used in microsoft word toolbars? like the icon for copy, paste, cut,save print etc...

Have a look in the common folder of your VS folder. Under here is a folder called Graphics, and under this a folder called Bitmaps.

You sholud be able to find the images, you are looking in one of the 5 subdirectories.
