try and find out how SWA files are made: ie whats in the header, and how to get the data
if you can find that out, you can load them with
Open File for binary access read as #1
etc.. and load it manually :)

I don't know if this is what you man but i think you want to get similar results to the internet explorer coolbar?
Maybe you should search this site for a coolbar demo.
