Where can i find how to declare this api and related api functions in VB? Or who can tell me how to declare this one?
I've got some others to work but can't get this one right.

Are you sure you have the name right? I search through two api sites, as well as several VB sites, and I turned up an exact zero match to all searchs for ICCompress.

Thanks for looking but i'm sure it's the right name.
It's located in the vfw.h

The function is used to compress frames from a stream.

But i'm going to use the Message ICM_COMPRESS instead.
It does the same but works a little different.
