Anyway perhaps you've to train lots of recruits to go off to war or something ?
What do you actually do in this game?
How about you post a screen shot of your game so we can get an Idea of what it looks like and then we can help you come up with a theme. or a ruff idea of what you DO have??

Peoples we are not here to discuss XP.
Maybe you can start of with trying to get out of the city unseen? Or have to infiltrate a building to find out plans from the enemy. And have guards looking out for you?
