Oh yeah, sorry for leaving that out, no this CD is a... freeware game, but all that shows up are sound files for a audio CD.
It's probably the method in which the CD was burned. There are programs that only burn the sound files, as if they were making Audio cd's. Go to Download.com and look for a program that will more effectively copy the files you want.
No, it was burned correctly. It works on other machines, I don't know why mine thinks it's audio.
when cd's were still kind of early, i know there were a couple different versions that were almost the same. i think it had to do with how much the cd held. a really old cd-rom may not read the entire cd, and that might throw it off.
if the cd-rom is recent then is it a cd/dvd rom? i have one and it has trouble with some copied cd's. still haven't figured out why though.
other than that, i dunno.
