HIya . Does anyone know how or have the code to make a text editor have the capabilities to convert english text into other languages. I was hoping for a way do do it via tool bar.

That's quite a task, man!
Have you ever tried a "serious" language translator, like that on Altavista? They are completely useless! Results are near to un-readable.
