hmm .. i refuse to take a flu shot.. i'll take some things like for hepatitis b, etc, but no flu shots... that's going to far.....
i like to let my own immune system do its work, the way mother nature intended.... :)

I had my flu shot, it's not bad at all really, I didn't feel a thing because I was perplexed how the flu needle can be so long without going through the other side of your arm =)
Eventually actually saw the needle afterwards (grin) and that answered my question!
But you shouldn't take immune boosters too often (or immune "replacers"), as they will weaken your immune system against DEADLY disease.
If you don't want to have one don't, the pros and cons balance.
Unfortunately I'm being forced to take it; I actually want to be in school that day because we're having our monthly news broadcast (I'm a crew member) and we're launching ping pong balls in physics with makeshift launchers that we're making. :)
Nowt wrong with needles, it's better than having some foul disease :)
