No this isn't a new ITV series (like "When Mods Attack!...") but when a thread gets deleted, does it move to a special "deleted bin" so it can recovered, or is it just removed all together

Yes, there is a forum where "deleted" threads are put in. It's like this on my forum( http://forums.promasc.com *cough*visit please*/cough*), and on another I moderate.
