not licensed to use comdlg32.ocx in development environment...?

VB 5.0 (with and without SP3) won't let me drop a common dialog control into a project. It tells me I am not licensed to use it in development. Everything else works. Anyone know how to fix that?

Hahaha, got da problem last month, hey..... the only solution that I had is getting everycopy of COMMON CONTROL 5.0 & 6.0 (SP3s) then replace em...... if everything else fails, then u have a problem just like me..... u pirated a vb version or needs help really bad
