How to make a icon rotate in two or three dimensions? and how to use the systwm tray to store icons?
To store the icons? Do you mean to put them there to control your app?

To make the icon rotate, either find some way to draw each icon at runtime, or just render each icon yourself :). Unfortunately, there's not a RotateTrayIconIn3D function available in windows... :)
