I'm about formatting my HD. However, there's a long lists of addresses/links in my Favorites list in MSDN and Browser.
How can I copy these links to a file so not go through all searching again???
Thanx all.

Hi smalig...
Actually, I don't have ...\profiles\user\...
However, I found it to be under:
Windir\Favorites\...; anyway, thanks for the tip.
Now, about MSDN: I found the file with *.CHS extn. It's located: Prog files\MS Vis.. Stud..\MSDN98\98VS\1033
But it's in an unreadable format. Anybody, any tip.
Thanx all.
When he said windir/profiles/user/, he meant that user is the name of you windows login name. If you do not use one, then windows will use windir/favouites as default.
I just though I'd clear that up.
Lyla, I think I know how to help you. You need to store file windir\hh.dat file :)

Again, Thanx Smalig..
Also, hh.dat would be in an unreadable format!
Anybody? There must've been someone who went through this! There are more than 200 items in the list - MSDN -.
Please. Any tip.
Thanx.
If I understand you correctly, you just want to restore your favorite list when you formated HD.
Copy this file to floppy, format HD, install MSDN again and copy this file from floppy.
