Where can I find Icons and Cursors for my VB Projects?

Anyone know what a good source for Icons and Cursors are? I'm new at this so... Thanks for any help/links etc.

I custom-make icons and cursors... other than that a wealthy resource can be found in your Visual Studio\Common or VSCommon folder.

is there a program that will allow me to make icons and cursors.. doesnt matter payware or not
