phptriad, it locks up when i click "Launch Site"?! what do i have to do?

I saw this post on PHP easy install, so i had to jump on it and i still can't get it working heh :(

I don't understand what i am suppose to do after i am done isntalling PHPtraid.

Did it auto configure everything?

How can i open MySQL and create a database?
and when i click launch apache it just says Apache running, does this mean the server is up or what?

Right now i have an ftp server, serv-U-ftp, and now i have apache too, with php and mysql. but how do i get them all working together?
