How can I build a program that sends an ICQ message without a dll?

You will probably have to find some place that has the ICQ messaging protocol. Once you find that, you will have to implement it in your program, so that you log on, etc.

I think you should use the Dll...It is more easy.

Does someone have any code for sending ICQ message(without DLL)?

it works fine.. but i don't know how the options Sendername email ... arrives at the other user .. but sending works .. desing:o
