As some of you may know, AOL stinks for online games. So I was wondering If I could make my own browser, and have it connect to the aol phone number. I can make the browser no problem, but how would I connect to the AOL number?

Unfortunately, AOL didn't expose the ability do dial-up dirrectly. In order for you to do that, you would have to know the Server and a login for that server (I'm not talking about AOL's screen name and a password).
If you don't know that information, then you can't.
That is really annoying, oh well, thanks for replying!
On the other hand, you can go to FreeI.com, get a free account with a server in your area, sign up and get a username and password, as well as the telephone number, and dial directly to the server. You don't even have to put up with any ads if you dial directly, and the connection isn't that slow at all.
