If I make a key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run it will automatically start that key on startup. Is there any other location beside "RUN" and is it bypass able by holding down "SHIFT" key?

If you put a link in the "StartUp" folder it will also run after the other things in the Run registry setting.
That is where MSOffice places its toolbar etc
