linking

I'm trying to link a database to my project, but when I run the program, it says that a shared violation has occurred.
Anybody?

I'm trying to read info. from a database to manipulate and rewrite to the database

are u using ADO or DAO?

are u using code only or a datacontrol?

when do u get the errormsg ? on a part. line in u'r code? or when still in design mode in vb?
