E-mail Without CDONT??

I want to do an auto responce when someone fills in their E-mail but I am using a free ASP host (www.brinkster.com) and they do not allow CDONTS on their free service.
So can anyone tell me how to send an automated E-mail without CDONTS? or recommend a free host that supports CDONTS?

nice Script but I believe it uses CDONT's and as I said in my first message I can not use CDONT's on the server that I am presently on!
