JPG editor

Is there a jpg editor that comes with VS6.0?

If so can someone tell me what it is?

Otherwise anyone know of any freeware jpg editors?

Thanks aknisely but 31,637,760 bytes is too many to download without ADSL.

Found an awesome free one at cnet called iview and only 630K, all the bare essentials :D.

In Windows 98/Me/2000/XP, you can use JPEGs in Paint.
