How do I...?

I've got an ATI Radeon AIW 32MB DDR... I was wondering how I used the VIVO(Video In, Video Out) features?

For example, I've got some videos on CD that I'd like to convert to VHS. How would I do that?

And another example, I taped something on my camcorder, and would like to turn that into an MPG...

Use Ulead VideoStudio if you want, it comes with the card.
