effing slow

I wonder whats going on, there's 2 rows of p3 comps and 2 rows of p2 comps, only 2 of the p3 comps doesn't show these symptoms:

1. Start iexplorer:vbforums
2. end task iexplorer, start netscape, opens www.abo.fi in a sec, goes to vbforums
3. vbforums opened, maximize the window
4. window is maximized
5. i open chitchat in new window and math forum in current
6. chit chat opened but math forum still not opened

the resolution is about 10 secs per grid

Now i got to this comp, a blank page in explorer opens in 40 secs, then everything goes normal speed. netscape still is slow as hell
